I am teaching Japanese to Swedish children and it’s going be the last lesson in this season next time.
I want to eat the Japanese cake “Kasutera” and watch a Japanese anime movie with the children, so I am planning to bake Kasutera. But one of the children has egg allergy. I googled if there is any good idea. Then I found this magical item “No egg”.
You can use this instead of egg. You can even make meringue with that. It is amazing. But I don’t know if it tastes good. I will try :)
